Caleta de Famara, Lanzarote

Lanzarote is one of the famous Canary islands, which attracts numerous tourists every year. This winter the new edition of the Lanzarote guide book is available online. Nick at LanzaroteGuidebook.com explains the large addition to the guide book.

“The main highlight of the new guide is our new and improved beaches section. Which gives information about all of the best beaches on the island along with some great visuals.”

On top of being a location for sunbathing and relaxing at the beach, Lanzarote has also earned itself a reputation as a popular location for surfing. Surfing events as the European surf seasons finale and WQS Santa Surf Pro were held in Lanzarote last year.

For those looking for more than a sun vacation, the island offers some amazing scuba diving in locations such as Costa Teguise or Puerto del Carmen. Also don’t forget to try some of the local food, such as the red hot chili sauce Mojo Picón or why not papas arrugadas, baked potatoes first cooked in salt water.

No need to wait, go get the new edition of the Lanzarote guide book!
